Highlights:
Precor Icarian platinum linear counter balanced smith machine. This is a current model Precor based on the classic Icarian line. This is one of my personal favorite smith machines because it doesn’t have any angle or slant. Wiith no angle, the tension is actually on the muscle the duration of the movement, throughout the entire rep. This machine has silky, smooth, linear bearings and is built like a tank! Built in safeties make it a great choice when training alone. The smith machine is just as effective as free weights and you’re far less likely to get hurt.
