The Legend 3103 is an American made adjustable utility bench that arrives fully welded and assembled weighing in at a whopping 93 lbs. 3″ thick padding adds plenty of support and stability to all areas of the user especially when under a heavy load. The bench backing maxes out at a width of 10 so as to not impede on the range of motion when performing chest or shoulder presses. The pad height is 18″ off the ground when laying down flat, which makes it ideal for dumbbell rows and rear delt flys.
