This is a total chest machine.  The pec fly is a must do exercise for the chest and is the exercise that will shape the pecs.  The unit is perfect for those with shoulder injuries or rotator cuff repairs. It takes the tension off the delts and strictly onto the chest. Built like a tank with the perfect angle, and silky-smooth linear bearings, are a few reasons why this is considered one of the best leg presses of all time. This unit also has a large foot plate for various foot positions. This leg press also has a smaller footprint than most.
